I am not sure if I missed something or not. I was going through my 
mail and saw what I thought was a bill from WE Energies. But when I opened it up and as I was dreading the moment of looking to see how much I owed, I realized it was a check from WE Energies. Did anyone else get this same check? Why did I get this check? And it is a good chuck of change.
