Packer Christmas Present

Here is a little late Christmas present that the Packers got. The Detroit Lions have elected not to terminate the contract of their General Manger, Matt Millen. Under Millen's leadership, which began in 2001, as CEO/general manager the Detroit Lions are 24-72 (.250) following the 2006 season the worst winning percentage of all 32 NFL teams during that time, and the worst of any franchise in league history over a comparable period of time. The team has had double-digit losses in every season under Millen's leadership and has never finished better than 6-10, a feat they have accomplished once during his tenure. And what is better he still has four years left on the contract extension he signed last year. In the last 5 drafts, he has selected 3 wide receivers with their number one pick. Keep up the good work. All of Packer Country would just like to say to Matt, we are glad to have you back.
